After finishing the Personality Dimensions assessment, I found that myself belongs to Blue colour. The person of blue colour is very friendly to everyone and love to communicate with others.They will show their caring to everyone.

 

It is true that I feel so pleaseful to coopreate with others, although the people who are not familiar with me. Working as a team is the thing I always want. Therefore, I am an intermediary to link up everyone in a group. 

 

Lake of planing is the biggest problem of a Blue person, because we can not follow the rules regularly, which make we love to follow our feeling to finish the duty. We can learn from the gold colour person who are good at planing.

 

The people from the four different colours have theirs own strengths and weaknesses. In the test discovered a lot about the  four types personality of people, it help me to know more about how to deal with the people from different colour. Also, understanding me  more to overcome with my weakness.
